Hi George,

I think the $3M was well spent too. Now no one has to worry about 1.5M shares being dumped on the market. It also increases the % ownership per share.

Price to sales is an Internet-bubble measurement. Stick with price to earnings. If you like the company, call them up and ask how they came up with the $3M to buy the shares and what effect will paying back the $3M have on their quarterly bottom line.

Looks like in about a month, OCCF could be trading near or above its 52 week high.

But then again, $5 looks like it could be resistance. It looks like they will be reporting earings on or before June 15th. Also, looks like the Pres. did some buying in March.
