Arthroscopic? It isn't bad - but you will need to be waited on the first couple of days. Thank goodness it isn't anything worse.

Oh, holey moley...it is catching...I had cortizone yesterday too...in the Achilles Tendon in the leg that doesn't have the bad knee...because I've been hobbling on the right knee, it screwed up the AT...feels like a billion bee stings coming from the AT on the inside...

Is yours meniscus tear and or ligament involvement too? Come on up here...we could recoup together....Wonder who else besides Oprah is good? Gads... Can't you just see it now...The only way one can keep ones feet elevated is pillows on the desk, so one can use the computer....Wonder if this is what the Doc means by keep it elevated...?<g>
