Jacob-- That is exactly my point. Unless we hold criminals responsible, we are tacitly giving them permission to commit atrocities. I am aware the list is long, but adherence to international law is a recent concept that should be promulgated. I am thrilled at the Milosevic trial and hope that it becomes a prototype for international law.
