RFMD has had, (in TA terms) 5 or 6 times in the past
2 weeks shown a "chance" of going upwards. I'm looking
primarily at the stock price hitting and or going below the
bottom band. Thus far, it hasn't. You would think that
it would have shown an upward bounce at least once.

1. Pending war with Iraq?
2. A retest of the lows on the NAZ on last October? There
are some warning signs that this may be happening.
Take a look at COMPX on the SI charts.
A triple W formation starting to form?
3. Out and out manipulation by the market makers and hedge
funds?
4. A pisspoor attitude by the "big boys".
5. Check out ORCL and MSFT - I thought that
software was going up? ORCL breaks a gap of
12.00 and drops again. 1st 15 minutes of trading
shows a bad hanging man, and down from there.

I, for one, am going to be very cautious. Yes I will
commit some funds to RFMD if it hits 5.00, but plan
on keeping funds available for another potential Oct. 2002.

Take Care one and all.
