duhhh, what point, Why is taking another's property not just a personal decision. All are free to do or refuse and take the consequences. Murdering ones own child is a individual decision. Taking any innocent life is not an individual right. Not creating an innocent human life can be attempted and that is a personal decision. Once an innocent human life has started no one has the personal right to end it. That's biology 101 and the Constitution simple interpretation.
