Don't you understand Dean? Even I never thought gold would move this fast once started--$368 today! All Zappa has to do is be in a gold play and it will be sucked up in the tide. I think gold is going to $600 minimum. It won't be until $400 that everyone begins waking out of their stupors. The signal that we won't reverse split doesn't hurt. Why reverse split when you know a year out or less there will be investors screaming to your door to take advantage of the rising tide in gold? We could see our $2 Zappa yet. In fact, all of your little pennies will shine.

Mapping and UTEM geophysical report on Bryant Lake Completed
1/23/03

Zappa Resources Ltd. has completed its preliminary geophysical UTEM study and mapping of the massive sulfide targets on the Bryan Property which is located approximately 30 kilometers east of Flin Flon Manitoba. Zappa has a working-agreement with Bell Resources Corporation Ltd whereby Zappa can earn up to 50% of the Bryan Lake property. The study confirms and strengthen the presence of the previously know VLF anomalies located on and around the surface copper/gold occurrence known as the bell showing of the Clever Lake property.

These conductors and gossanous horizons extend east 350 feet from the showing to the boundary between Cleve Lake and Bryant Lake and beyond onto the Bryan Lake Property The newly completed mapping and report prepared by S. Masson M.Sc. was successful in delineating several new gossanous horizons and delineating a significant alteration in the area of the new copper gold discovery. Also mapped out was a large unit of coarse heterlothic breccia and felsic fragmental rocks. This unite appears to underlie the highly altered unite of he showing. Values of 6% copper and 1 gram gold have been obtained from the showing. Recent chip samples over the showing run up to 3 grams of gold and 4.2% copper.

The properties lie within the Baker Patton Felsic Complex (BPFC) and an adjoining mafic domain referred to as the Kitten Lake Block. The BPFC is host to several VMS deposits and Mines These include the Don Jon and North Star Mine adjacent to the Bryan Property. Zappa's board is in the process of reviewing additional exploration properties and anticipates future purchases.

The board has also concluded that a contingent option for consolidation of the Company's share capital voted successfully at the annual general meeting June 5, 2002 will not proceed. Warning: The Company relies on litigation protection for 'forward looking'statements. Actual results could differ materially from those described in the news release as a result of numerous factors, some of which are outside the control of the Company.
