already happening with SoAmer money coming to Florida this is NOT NOT NOT a nationwide phenomenon no way will such an effect prevail across 50 states it is largely a selected coastal effect Florida and Calif have always served as such targets but more international flight to US property will only happen if the people's home countries are crumbling that is only happening in SoAmerica, not Europe I believe you underestimate the European attraction no floor can protect the RE downside within the USA when rates rise and at the same time jobs continue to be shed / jim
