The head and shoulder necklines on the important indices is being violated today as well. The SPX, DJIA have already broken down unless we get a rebound today. The SOX neckline of 285 seems unlikely to hold on closing basis today. asianinvestoronline.com Looks like we will see new bear market lows on all the indices in 2003 to me at this point.
