Tax revolt.

That's the only way to control insane FP, or any gov't policy, at this point.

know what their gov't is up to...Hey, that's a good idea... Just one enormous hurdle, implementing it.

A variety of methods, from the California Prop 13 battle years ago - escrow calculated tax percentages that would be allocated for Foreign Aid, Military Occupation costs, intel budget, or etc.

Better still, escrow everything, and hold press conferences.
