Just curious, but I don't remember many "promises" made by CREE, let alone anybody in tech about two years ago. What, specifically was "promised" by CREE? I'll do a little research if you provide some more info. TIA.

The Cree 10K is now available @ biz.yahoo.com. Note the following: Also, in December 2001 management positioned to begin a 3” wafer transition over the next several years. As a result, we wrote off non-convertible 2” crystal growth equipment that will no longer be used. The transition appears to be underway. There is no indication about how much progress has been made. I don't remember any comments by Cree or analysts' questions during the recent conference call. Some additional information would have been useful.
