Beating some lowered expectations for one quarter doesn't really justify some of the tech valuations which are pricing in a fairly robust recovery. The outlooks going forward were pretty cloudy too. As for the bears in the 1990's they were on the wrong side of the main trend . Now they are on the right side whereas the bulls are on the wrong side of the primary trend. As for October lows I am fairly certain that they are not the ultimate lows in this great bear market for the indices. I don't know about individual stocks but I am fairly certain that a lot of them are going to make lower lows. Anindo
