Usually addressed by setting up a skunk works, so you have "New Tree, New Monkeys!" - somewhere else.


And that will last for a few years, and then you have the same problem with the "Skunk Works!"

The solution seems to be to use all temporary organizations, which are put together for projects, and then broken up. We still have a lot to learn about how to organize and run large groups of people.
