Hi George,

Re: Bush is not yet the worst president ever IMHO.

We have learned that prior to 9/11/01 Bush and Ashcroft ordered anti-terrorist activities at the FBI curtailed. We know that the USAF stood down on 9/11. We know that the Bushies have been working vociferously to stifle all investigations into events surrounding 9/11. We know that there is blatant bribery and cronyism on display for the whole world to see. We know that important investigations into corporate criminality are stymied by the Justice Department when the subjects of investigation are key bribers to the Bush Cabal. We know that Richard Nixon created the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts as a political ploy to steal enviromentalist votes from Ed Muskie, but today Bush is involved in the greatest rollback of environmental protections ever.

The only way that you can say that Bush isn't the worst ever is to not look at the full body of damage his Administration has done and continues to do. Most of which is by devious means such as quietly announced Executive Orders, re-jiggering of regulations and the intimidation of a weakened Congress.

And did I mention the astonishing disappearing budget surpluses? Designed to reward a narrow banking elite at the expense of future generations of Americans?

-Ray
