He's completely ignoring value.

We are just still in a post-1974 and especially post-1982 bull market mentality.

People can't let go of the belief that there is something magical about the stock market--that if we just all clap our hands, Tinkerbell will come back to life. Well, Tinkerbell WILL come back to life, but not until he's been a lot closer to total and permanent extinction than he's been.
