Bonds probably will get hit hard the moment the stock market stops plunging. Surging rates will quickly kill off the housing bubble and refi boom.

Bad news for the economy to put it mildly.

I still expect we will see stagflation soon. Rising inflation (because of the plunging buck) and a weak economy (as capital spending remains soft and the consumer finally poops out)
