I've been following your conversation with Ted on this. So far I haven't had to jump in because you have said exactly what I would have had I not checked the responses first... Or to simplify things - I agree. Very seriously.....I am surprised that you can make that statement. It is clear the quality of law enforcement and judicial review on this case was weak and I only hope Pickering loses the nomination. The whole handling of the case suggests a lack of concern re. the seriousness of the matter. Its this lapse in honesty/integrity/responsibility; call what you want, that turns me off to the conservative ideology. Conservatives are right when they want to be right no matter the evidence. ted
