there are probably some good junk buys if you know what you are doing. but for my money, i think i can do better shorting overpriced tech stocks at similar levels of risk and much better liquidity. also, i find it much easier to determine which tech stocks are overpriced than which junk bonds are set to rally. but given the junk bear, i am not surprised that you can do well there if you have expertise in junk.
