Hi Jim,

That war materiel coming out of Fort Hood?

There's a real sense right now that world opinion may be getting so strong that the Bushies will have to cave in to reality. The reality that their chickenhawk lies haven't convinced enough of the world. I'm smelling a growing sense of desperation on the part of the war mongers. They seem to be losing their grip on rational arguments and instead are lashing out. The latest flap with Herr Von Rummy questioning the patriotism of his general staff is quite an interesting development. When an administration turns paranoid, as the Bushies appear to be, they lash out in anger at everyone and everything that seems to be an impediment to their schemes.

The Davos sessions are quite telling. The Administration is getting beaten up pretty bad there. One would expect this kind of rough treatment from the Porto Alegre crowd, but not from the scions of capitalism. Yet, the Bushies have seemingly managed to piss off the whole planet.

More to follow.....
