No silly, everyone knows that training wheels are solid rubber.

I do not know where the food stamp offices are, but the buses probably pass by them.

I do walk on occasion, especially if I am on the bike for hours on end (literally) and need to exercise other leg muscles or warm my toes or give my bum a rest. I should wear that diaper you mentioned where it is designed for, I could use the cushion.

Light-rail is passenger commuter trains in the metro area.

Bikes are allowed and provide me with a great way of extending my range without making a multi-day trek.

In other words, I can put the bike on a bus or train and go to the end of the line and start my trip from there in lieu of biking 30 miles before I start my trip. Great for getting into the National Forest.

No food stamp office there though.
