If you get bad feedback, you can respond to it in the feedback section yourself. I had to do this once when some jerk left me bad feedback when he was the one who messed up the transaction by not getting back to me until 10 days after the auction. I thought he wasn't selling me the item so I bought it elsewhere. If you get tons of bad feedback because you're a jerk, you can just get another user name and build up their feedback again, kinda like message boards. I have good feedback on ebay cept for that one person. I didn't go suing ebay. I just left my own comments.
