NGT-v...in the news: National Gold raises $285,799 privately Wed 29 Jan 2003 News Release Mr. James McDonald reports National Gold has been informed that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the company's private placement announced in Stockwatch Aug. 28, 2002, a total of 1,905,333 units at 15 cents. A total of 258,500 flow-through units consisting of one common share and one-half warrant and 1,646,333 non-flow-through units consisting of one common share and one warrant. Each full warrant is exercisable for a period of two years with the terms as 55 cents in the first year and 65 cents in the second year from closing. The proceeds from this financing will be for working capital purposes.
