Look it up yourself. (I recommend cbo.gov).

Revenue growth was slower under Reagan than Carter. In actual dollars it fell from 1982 to 1983 (the year of the tax cut was '82) Revenue had grown every single year since '71 until Reagan's tax cut (including every single year under Carter).

In inflation adjusted dollars revenue didn't recover to pre tax cut levels until 1985.

Look it up. Then apologize.
