The US claims to have 12 allies who remain nameless.

There are 193 countries on this planet as of this morning.

That leaves 180 countries up in the air. Not counting Iraq, that leaves 179.

So the US has convinced 12 countries with 179 yet to be convinced.

And the US says it's not short of allies?
