My guess is the Afghan-trained terrorists will aim at their real enemy first.

I wonder how many terrorists are in place, or are moving into place, awaiting the signal of the start of the war. When Bush pulls the trigger, will bombs rain only in Iraq or will they rain worldwide in varying ways?
