Cardero Resource acquires Minerales y Metales Cardero Resource Corp CDU Shares issued 16,139,974 Jan 24 close $2.23 Fri 24 Jan 2003 Property Agreement The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the company's acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Minerales y Metales California, S.A. de C.V., and thereby, a 100-per-cent interest in and to the interest of Minerales y Metales California, S.A. de C.V., in certain mineral tenures situated in the municipality of Ensenada, Baja California, Norte, Mexico, for a consideration of the issuance of 225,000 common shares, of which 75,000 shares are issuable on or before 10 days following TSX-V acceptance, 75,000 shares are issuable on Sept. 9, 2003, and the remaining 75,000 shares are issuable on Sept. 9, 2004.
