Sure... unless we get the same peace dividend we got before where oil prices dropped enormously and we had gas as low as $.75 a gallon.

Kuwaiti's are still cleaning up. My buddy sells enviromental oil detection systems, he just sold a few over there to help finish the clean up. So 1-2 years is a understatement...
