It quite simple and has nothing to do with specific general solutions. Success is simply about the discipline to try and not give up. There is also some luck. But luck is a in most cases a minor part. The failure of blacks is about not being taught the first rule of of success. Entitlements subvert that message. Are there places where a large group of whites may be prejudiced, sure. So what, all ethnic groups who first came to America were treated as trash or whatever. Oprah Winfrey, look at an audience of whites looking on and listening. I wonder how that would have gone over in 1950. 1960 ..... America may have a long way to go, but those with an understanding that this is the land of opportunity will succeed independent of the color of their skin. Loser's have a losing attitude and lose independent of the color of their skin.
