50mil in revenue Cost of product - One million notes $2 per note. Cost of labor - 500k notes $2 per note if you look at the direct costs, or 500k notes at $50 per note if you look at as the value of the notes on the market. If all cash profit is distributed as dividends that would be $47mil in dividends but GAAP would have a wage compensation expense of $25mil. Are you trying to make a point about stock options? Tim
