Yup, $8 Bn is not enough for the 21st century Maginot Line in Alaska. Let's dump more billions in it to stop those container ships after we finish invading Iraq, North Korea, Iran, Pakistan, China, Russia, India, South Africa, Israel, France, UK......have I got all the Nuke countries?
