I don't see any potential for a real settlements. The costs in peacekeeping alone would be too high. You would need an army to seperate the two sides for 40 to 60 years. You would need massive changes to the educational and social systems in Gaza and the West Bank, and lastly you would need new regimes and democracy in the entire Arabian nationstate system. To many people are dependent on the conflict for their own evil purposes!
