This Pickering thing is ridiculous; anyone of reasonable intellect who reads the facts of the Pickering case will conclude there was no racist activity on his part. I am of reasonable intellect and find his activity suspect. Pickering is totally about politics, and it is going to be sheer joy for me to watch Bush shove it down the liberals on the Committee's throats. Boy, they'll be squirming. Only because he has the Rep. votes due to the last election. In fact, I am sure that's why he was renominated. Its okay......he's putting the nails in his coffin one nail at a time.....just like his father. ted
