I wonder how the media (and Congress) got fed in 1990 that Iraqi's were taking incubators and leaving newborns on the floor to die in Kuwait City. This was related second hand by someone on the payroll of a firm that was being paid by the Kuwaiti royal family. Problem: It didn't happen.

The week before Saddam attacked, Kuwait had been front page news for some human rights findings... Oops. Poor timing to sell this war to America.
