I have done well sitting put since 1999.

I wish I'd done the same. I'd be a lot better off. I guess you have to get beat up trying to wiggle trade some to progress. Part of the learning process.

Maybe some sour grapes are going into my outlook too. I was bearish in early november. Then I changed to bullish but didn't play the move. If I had I would've taken profits by now but thats just my style. Like your name I'm often too early.

I'm just a timer so I look for trend changes, it's what timers do. Maybe timing is wrong except for very large timeframes. It sounds like a great idea but it's very difficult in the real world.
