It is a LOCAL problem best handled by charitable organizations, individuals, and/or government help (if voted on by constituents.) It is NOT the Constitutional mandate of the government of the United States to feed people. Your liberal representatives have been filling your head full of mush if you believe that. That is an issue that European governments are much better suited to handle considering that most of them are based on more socialistic ideas. You should move to one of them if that is what you expect, because you will be sorely disappointed if you think this country will ever emulate them. M
