Up until two years ago, ex-Presidents stepped aside and turned over the bully pulpit to their successors to use as they saw fit. No more. Now it's non stop partisan snipping from the disgraced has been. And that is something no other President has had to endure.

Clinton was a disgrace as President and he's even a worse ex-president.
