Excellent proposal PartyTime... Message 18492099 Thnx for sharing your thoughts on a potential solution to the crisis in Iraq and the Middle East...I like the idea of dramatically increasing the U.N. capability to do their job well -- I think 'vigilant containment' can work with Iraq if we have some visionary leadership and provide the right incentives. regards, -s2 btw, the United Sates sanctions on Iraq have done nothing but help to kill hundreds of thousands innocent Iraqis (they haven't really hurt Saddam and his corrupt regime)...Doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results is insanity...;-)
