But I will offer that going alone is a fool's path particularly when the fate of so many line like ghosts on the road.

Well, that's one opinion. Another holds that there's nothing more foolish than believing that tens of competing nations with disparate histories, geographically diverse locations, covering a wide spectrum of economic conditions, and running the gambit of cultural interests - in the aggegate, representing billions of people across scores of societies - can in any way be advantageously placed into a common, marrying superpolitical framework.
