If we hit it with conventional explosives we might scatter it into the air and release it. The only choice would be to burn it in a Thermonuclear Hellfire.

I am sure that if Saddam uses a bio terror weapon that the correct choice would be to: Bring it before the UN Human Rights Commission immediately and have them decide whether or not this should then be brought before the UN security council who must then determine what kind of collective punishment the world decides to bring up them for this act. Most likely the punishment will be lift the sanctions and pay the Iraqi scientists who'se programs we disrupted for 12 years all back pay due them for having their important work challenged....And then condemn both Israel and the US for causing this problem!
