Hi Maurice, as far as I know, the English-speaking Caribbean islands have a similar immigration policy: (a) arrive with valid passport and thick wallet filled with hard cash and heavy uncashed cashiers checks (b) establish 99/1% equity JV company with local lawyer (c) arrange company to hire yourself as CEO, get work visa (d) setup local abode, hangout, relax (e) wait 5-7 years (f) apply for routine granting of permanent residency (g) done.
