Not "if or when approved" but that "is" what proceeds "will" be used for. >>> Sorry, but the pricing announcement doesn't say that at all. It clearly says that proceeds will be used "for general corporate purposes" INCLUDING the Canadian launch...AS WELL AS "for capital expenditures and (R&D)"... In other words, the rights offering proceeds will largely be used to pay salaries, overhead, research, etc... It is quite clear. S&P
