OT part II-liability

The fast food industry is certainly a huge animal and special interest group. But they will now have their own liability problems perhaps even greater than the tobacco situation. Just look at the cover of the latest Fortune magazine.

Just speculating but I have seen it said that the first waves of the great bear were powered in part by speculative short selling hedge funds-formed from the tobacco lawyers huge winnings.

Maybe the last waves will formed from future winnings gained from the future fast food industry litigation.

I do not say the above is good or bad but may be reality.

I feel no remorse for the fast food industry-they are just as bad as the tobacco industry IMHO.
