No, at least we didn't when you made this post. For an example, Mr. Pickering's ex parte contact was unknown to me.

Perhaps you didn't read York's article before you posted it. I had seen him interviewed a week or so ago and it was brought by him in the discussion. One of his articles does discuss the issue, although it is a bogus issue.


Not the two most recent articles posted by Tim. When did you see it in a York article? And if he's brought it up before, then why didn't he bring it up again? His opinion on whether its bogus or not bogus does not matter. Whether he's a judge or lawyer or simply a writer, a good journalist doesn't have the right to exclude an important point even if it goes against his personal conclusions.

It looks to me like more conservative hijinks. You all really get stuck around this racial issue, don't you?
