Dolinar, <12hrs phase shift> and a 6 month phase shift for winter. No wonder Ray and others think I'm out of sync, with an upside down view of the world. It's easy to be a contrarian investor from here.

PS I have now relocated to downtown, sitting in Vulcan Lane, checking out pedestrian traffic for a potential retail business. Also, to use my RoamAD connection to see how it's going. Looks okay. It's a bit cool though! Sitting with shorts and red, flowery, troppo shirt and bare feet [which is not the normal dress].

Sounds nice.
High today here -22 C. Spent 4 hrs. snowmobiling with my wife and we had to convince ourselves we were having fun. As opposed to Mq's flowered tropical shirt, we were sporting red flannel trap door underwear.
