What a surprise - the Dow is in the 7,000's now and Imperial Sugar remains solidly over 6.00. Maybe we're better off staying on the OTCBB for awhile until the storm is over. E.g., say the Dow heads back to 7,000 or even 6,500 whilst IPSU remains here at 6.00 - then, when the next bull run starts from the 6,500-7,000 base, say IPSU gets back to the NYSE at that time - perhaps we'll see a better short term result? Just a little speculation on my part.

I received the annual report and annual meeting materials for the February 28th meeting - anybody going? The materials indicate that as of 1/9/03, Lehman Brothers owns 3,254,656 shares; Fagan group 1,255,557 shares, Lone Star Partners 747,454 shares, and all directors and executive officers as a group own 406,004 shares, which amounts to a grand total of 59% for those 4 groups just mentioned. Options are at 5.55 exercise price as we know. Crossy - you're in Europe so you may not have received the package yet.
