The enterprise software numbers have been steadily increasing for 2+ quarters. Don't take my word for it, just chart orcl and psft. We have had consolidation but the overall picture is good. I never said capex wasn't crumbling prior to 911. It was, and then terrorism added to it. But now in some areas things are improving. International sales are hampered by this war situation. Last year it wouldn't have mattered because nobody was buying then. But now the war matters, thats all I'm saying. We can't afford this.
