There is some insincerity and some incompetence in the companies. There is wrong ideas, decision and organization. But we are dealing in rareified atmosphers with ordinary men without spacesuits. We cannnot expect miracles, only venality. Think on this. All the experts denied themsevles and myself and others. But a Hotel owner with a prospector's course and a prospector from Timmins sampled the rock and found the diamonds. There is a reason for this. Start with free thinking, and being able to do it. You work for a company you cannot make them do what you want. Try it and get fired. I predicted the diamonds and they did not. Maybe I was lucky. Plan your luck. Put your money where the brains are that you trust. Read the literature, but remember, people who put up money for 4 colour printing and verbose explanations of what are basically generalizations of how great they are, are not scientists or thinkers.
