Wayne,
I have a cool wood pellet burning barbecue that puts out a lot of smoke and runs at a lower heat than a gas one. So I can use in the winter too. For instance put a full rack of chicken on for about 25 minutes on one side run out turn it one time cook 25 more minutes and then remove.
