i saw a quick sub-title on CNN where i think Martha was complaining that the dollar value the shares in question was less than $400,000. Seems to me that the poor sods on the other side of the sale transaction of that day may look at the issue a little diferently Martha! It is the other side that makes the action and not the amount the chargable offence. Regardless of the dollars, i must be able to buy with the trust that both sides have somewhat similar information; or at least access to the info in spite of the fact that i may not have executed my own due diligence properly or thoroughly.
