What has learning got to do with bias?
Just because I say you are biased, doesn't mean you can't learn. Of course your bias will affect what you will learn, and it will also affect what you read. For example you seem to think I was saying something about learning in my previous post. That would be your bias talking.

which are you? "

has nothing to do with learning
has everything to do with self awareness
even people in utter denial can learn something
maybe not about themselves
but they might be really good at math
