Preventative measures are orders of magnitude more effective than restorative/remedial ones. If you spend your time preventing weeds you eliminate the cost, toxicity and difficulty of using Round-up. We spend more for prisons for people than it would cost to give them college degrees. Not all will be able to go to college, but it does show a totally wrong mindset.

I would suggest the comicfarce stupidity is in a failure to understand the there are situations where certain behavior cause a violent response. That talking just gets you dead.
